These flavonoids are powerful anti-oxidants and they help our body to prevent the damage caused by free radicals. They also prevent skin aging. Watermelon is another fruit that is very good for our skin. Both the flesh and the seeds of the fruit are rich in minerals and thus must be taken to keep our self young. The flesh of the fruit is rich in vitamins A, B and C and the seed is rich in vitamin E and also some essential fats. So its better to have a watermelon juice by blending its flesh and seeds. Pomegranate also serves as an anti-aging fruit. It keeps us fresh and is also very good for our heart. Taking a glass of pomegranate juice daily would be a perfect start to fight the evils of aging.
